Regulate dangerous hydrogen/gas blending

NW Natural, Oregon’s largest fossil fuel utility, has begun blending hydrogen into the gas system and delivering into Oregonians’ homes and buildings without any public outreach or oversight. The utility has started adding hydrogen into the gas mix in Southeast Portland, which increases exposure to health harming nitrogen oxides and increases safety risks while offering negligible emissions reductions.
